Wniosek UMK uzyskał bardzo przychylne opinie ekspertów, którzy szczególnie wysoko ocenili następujące elementy: “Criteria for the success are:
- delivery in the Priority Research Areas identified in the application,
- successful delivery of the 4 new PhD-colleges,
- full implementation of the change program, including the new governance structure,
- establishing additional new international institutional cooperation.”
